Well, this is officially the first blog post I have ever entertained. This being the case, I have A LOT to say – get comfortable…
1. Sally is doing well. She’s thriving in an environment that isn’t always so, how do you say, peaceful. Holly is here helping out a TON and I’ve been in and out with in-laws in town and Manny now being a Dodger – more on that later. Jimmy’s being Jimmy and trying to learn how to use the washing machine – to no avail. It must be tough for Sal to be sitting in an uncomfortable state all day while it’s gorgeous outside, Holly’s in town and Jimmy keeps yelling, “Sal, watch this put, watch it!” She’s also now getting a stiff neck and back spasms most likely from sitting in an unnaturally upright position all day. And not to get too personal but she has to use a “commode” when using the little girls room. That thing is crazy looking; it looks like a double decker toilet. It’s a long way down. Can’t be fun. As I write she’s kicking back on the couch and listening to some type of easy listening. Ha, Holly just quipped, “I think mom’s listening to the Lord of the Rings soundtrack in there…” She really looks good and with the bionic hip in place she should be able to jump up and adjust the tv dish on the roof at will. All in all I’d have to say she’s looking pretty darn good…
2. Man-Ram’s a Dodger. Not sure how I feel about it but it brings at least a sparkle of hope to a vast waste land that’s been growing since 1988. (As I walked along the sand I noticed that in the hard times there was only one set of foot prints. I said ‘what about those times? why did you abandon me?’ And Manny responded, “I didn’t leave you, I was carrying you.”) Ha, at least we aren’t the Jints – I mean Giants. Holly, Katie – wife not sister, and I went to the game last night and sat in the luxury box of Investors Business Daily – thanks Casey. They lost but we had a great time despite that…
3. Hopefully be employed soon…
4. Bought some pineapple and artichoke seeds on ebay. Planted the artichokes today and the pineapples are bathing in a wet paper towel in the kitchen, awaiting their date with the earth tomorrow. It’s nice to get some potting soil and perlite under the nails. Ebay is a mixing pot of idiots. I know, not everyone selling their wares has been eating paint chips, but man! Some guy tried to rip me off for $1.15 and five pineapple seeds. Hilarious. I messed with the guy for sport. I won…
5. I had some really good stock advice but forgot it, sorry. I think the 10yr Treasure yield closed somewhere yesterday @ 3.94%. I’m a bear in this market: buy puts one to two months out. I don’t think oil’s going anywhere for awhile. Blue Horseshoe loves Anacot Steel… anyone?
6. I think that’s all I have. I thought I’d be funnier and use bigger words, but oh well. Hi to everyone out there. Special shout out to my Poopytots: Julia, Sam and Ryan. Thanks for reading and remember, “no stress chicken breast.”

So… what you’re saying is you want me to give your money back on those pineapple seeds?
